DIGEST.desktop creates summaries based on the content of selected digital documents, located either on your hard drive or on any other networked drive. The program works with standard document formats (DOC, HTML, TXT, PPT and more) and also supports multilingual texts.
Using DIGEST.desktop is quite easy. All you have to do is select the document you want the program to sum up and click on "Make digest". The document will be thoroughly analyzed, using semantic and morphological techniques, and the program will then display a summary of the most important topics found in the document.
DIGEST.desktop also enables you to customize processing settings, something you may have to adjust in order to obtain a proper digest.
